With a design based on the motocross helmets of the 70s, the new LS2 MX471 Xtra incorporates the most advanced technology of today. This off-road helmet is very light, thanks to its shell made entirely of carbon fiber (technically advanced). This material in turn provides optimal strength and the right flexibility to withstand and absorb strong impacts during a fall. The interior is made of high quality, breathable and anti-allergic materials. It is also completely removable and also incorporates the Ls2 rapid Push extraction system. The front visor has 3 screws that can be manipulated by hand for a simple and quick change. It includes 2 types of visors (one shorter and one longer) to adapt to the different conditions and tastes of each driver.
